A major barrier to accessing justice for marginalized people is the fees related to filing Court Applications and Documents. In an effort to pave the road to equal and equitable access to justice, Lethbridge Legal Guidance offers assistance to clients who need to access the Alberta Courts Fee Waiver Program, which supports individuals who cannot afford to pay Court filing fees.
